A customer has ordered FitLine. What happens next?
I enjoy seeing someone find a product they have been wanting to try. But placing an order doesn’t always answer every question. Helping with those everyday questions is a normal part of my work as a partner.

A purchase is not always the end of the conversation
For some people it is their first FitLine order; others already know what they want. Later they might need preparation instructions, help finding a product label, or information about another order. I understand that. When I buy something myself, I appreciate knowing whom I can ask.
A simple question deserves a simple answer
If someone asks about Restorate, I want to talk about Restorate, not give a presentation about the entire catalogue. First I need to know which version they are asking about and where they ordered it. That makes it easier to find the right information and give a useful answer.
My experience is only my experience
I can share our routine with PowerCocktail in the morning and Restorate in the evening. I can explain why I personally like Citrus. But I can’t predict how another person will feel. Questions about medical conditions, medication or contraindications should be discussed with a healthcare professional.
When I don’t know the answer
Products, packaging and delivery conditions can vary between countries. I check the official local store when someone asks about a particular order. If I cannot confirm something, I would rather say so than guess.
There is a person behind every order
Partnership businesses often talk about sales and team growth. Those things matter, but every order also belongs to someone with their own routines and questions. I enjoy talking to people, helping them make sense of products and keeping in touch. That is much more interesting to me than another number in a report.
